LITA Training is an innovative, industry-focused training organisation based in Mount Gambier, South Australia. With more than 50 years of experience delivering high-quality accredited training across the region, we are now looking to expand our team of talented trainers and assessors.
Our trainers and assessors play a critical role in our success. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to share your skills, knowledge, and experience with the next generation of skilled workers.

LITA Training are seeking Expressions of Interest for trainers/assessors across any of the following areas;
- Forest Operator – Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years on the job experience within the last 5 years
- Chainsaw Operator – Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years on the job experience within the last 5 years
- Hold a Heavy Vehicle Drivers licence – Minimum HC and demonstrate a minimum of 2 years on the job experience in the last 5 years
- Forklift Operation – Must have current high-risk licence and demonstrate a minimum of 2 years on the job experience within the last 5 years
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not compulsory – we will support you as you transition from operator to trainer.
